Despite technical difficulties for the Zoom session so visuals unavailable, Darla kept her good cheer and explained some updates for 2020 Outback from our previous 2017. Knowledgeable, friendly, tending to every detail was our experience. We had no plans on buying a new Subaru, as we were there just for service but of course, you look around. Monica approached us with a p experience. We had no plans on buying a new Subaru, as we were there just for service but of course, you look around. Monica approached us with a plethora of details on the new Subaru with no pushy “sales approach”. Information is valuable to me and the navigation system is much larger than our 2018 Subaru. We live in Green Valley, so driving here can be extremely dangerous. We like all the safety features and we knew the what would work for us. It took a couple of weeks for it to come in but that was fine with us. Happy customers sums it up. More
