CJ was great. He was availalbe, when the salesperson we had an appointment with was not. Rene greeted me upon arrival and Dan was my advisor for this service visit. My vehicle was going to be in the shop for a couple of days to complete the service and repairs that were discovered during the i this service visit. My vehicle was going to be in the shop for a couple of days to complete the service and repairs that were discovered during the inspection. Fabian assisted me in arranging a loaner vehicle, explained the paperwork process, assisted me understanding the vehicle operation for the loaner vehicle and was patient with me as I am physically challenged. Dan was / has been my service advisor numerous times and goes out of his way to answer and accommodate my needs / requests. The dealership is always in a high state of cleanliness.
