I recently brought my wife's 2019 Crosstrek in for an A/C performance test and multi-point inspection. Dan was temporarily unavailable, so Matt stepped in and greeted me promptly with courtesy and checked me performance test and multi-point inspection. Dan eventually took over and kept me appraised as I waited in the comfortable surroundings at the dealership. I was back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time. CJ was great. He was availalbe, when the salesperson we had an appointment with was not.
