Encore-Love Delivery 2019 Crosstrek I spent a lovely time yesterday with Darla at Tucson Subaru as she went through it detail many technological aspects of my new car. It is such a great idea to schedule this appointment after driving the car for a few weeks. It was able to ask "What did I hit to make it do that?" When I got the car, Joe Micoletti took the time to walk me through all these things, but to tell you the truth, I was still in the "new car haze." When Darla walked me through again, I remembered the things Joe had told me and I thought "Oh yeah, that's right." Darla was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She definitely knew her stuff. Thank you, again, for taking the time to explain many of the gadgets which make me happy I bought a Subaru. More

Our salesperson, Joe M, was very helpful and listened to us explain what we were looking for and we found the perfect car. Joe knows everything about Subarus and patiently walked us through all the different models and options. The whole experience from beginning to end was smooth and easy. Everyone we met at Tucson Subaru was pleasant and courteous and there was never any pressure or fast-talking. The after-sale care we received from Darla and the service dept was equally awesome. We highly recommend Joe and Tucson Subaru. More

Extraordinary Customer Service Came in with an appointment and Raj took care of us right away, though it was a minor issue, I didn't have to wait around. Then I sat with Darla who Came in with an appointment and Raj took care of us right away, though it was a minor issue, I didn't have to wait around. Then I sat with Darla who was extremely personable and we went over all the technology that my ASCENT has, she was patient and thorough as she showed me every detail and answered all of my questions. Asked a few questions at the parts department and Ricky was courteous and kind as he looked up and gopt the answers I was looking for. More
