Service I brought my car in for a scheduled service to repair the wheels, and to do an inspection due to a low oil light on the car. Ben was helpful and informative and has worked well with me since I purchased the car and for that I thank him. When I went to take it in for service however, the associate at service was extremely rude and impatient. At first she inquired as to what brought me and I informed her of the scheduled service letter that was emailed to me by the dealer and she began to question why they would have to repair wheels. I explained it was under the we owe you of the contract and she claimed she wasn't aware if the guy was coming in, so I advised her that I was only going based on the info that was given to me. I left and accidentally took my keys and turned around to drop them off and only a few short minutes had passed, however, I still asked her out of curiosity if she was able to find out if the wheel repair company was going to come in, all in a calm and kind manner. She advised me she hadn't gotten that far and rudely looked back at her assistant manager Blaine with an attitude in her face as if what I asked was our of place. Although he did not say anything I can't help but notice that you'd allow your team member to ehave in such manner to a customer and simply shrug it off as if nothing is happening. I did not have time to bring it up so I simply left cause I was running late to work as someone who works in customer service, I just want to say I do not appreciate when simple requests are met with such resistance and disgust, especially it I am just trying to get the most information since I am dropping off my only form of transportation and wanted to make sure that I was not just leaving it there in vain. Overall, I have had a pleasant experience with the dealer and do not wish this small hiccup to ruin the fine establishment they have. More
