Got it right. I would recommend this dealership to anyone but do your research and know what rebates and incentives are available. Darlene, the sales consultant, was very patient throughout the process, which took about 2 weeks. I'm not an easy person to deal with. I like to crunch my numbers and consider all my possibilities. Because I live 200+ miles away from the dealership, we had to exchange lots of email. She was able to deliver what I wanted and keep it within my budget. When we received the car, the outside cleaning left to be desired. Darlene was disappointed and asked them to do it again. I didn’t mind to be honest, I was there to buy a car, not a cleaning package. While they cleaned the outside, Darlene sat with my wife and I inside the vehicle and explained all the car features. On a side note, some other dealership I was negotiating with offered me a better value proposition by adding a service package in the mix. I ended up choosing this dealership over the other because “I vote with my dollar”. I think giving them my business is the least I could do to support the service quality Darlene and Rebecca (I believe she works in customer service) provided. More
