I just leased the car and my experience was laid back and stress free!!! I was never pressured and Darlene was professional and very helpful in making my decision. No pressure sales involved here at all...it was I purchased a 2017 Mazda3 earlier this month. My sales associate, Darlene Ledbetter, was fantastic! No pressure sales involved here at all...it was very quickly evident that she puts her customers first. She cared...and made it a point to make sure I was at ease with the whole process. I am still marveling at how much fun I had buying my third Mazda! Darlene understands Mazda vehicles, and is adept at understanding her customers' needs. She helped me compare and contrast the different models, and explained what is new and exciting about the 2017 models. After I purchased my vehicle, Darlene took the time to explain the technology behind my new Mazda...after all...these new vehicles are practically computers! She made sure that I was comfortable with all the features of my new Mazda before I drove off the lot. I definitely recommend Cardinale Mazda in Mesa. In addition to my outstanding experience purchasing my new Mazda, I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge the terrific vehicle service department. Each time my husband and I have taken our Mazda vehicles in for routine service, we are met with the best customer service. Steve Ross is a pleasure! All around...a great dealership! More

Not because I don't know anything about cars or financing, but because of the male sharks that seem to circle the minute you pull on the lot. Per the norm the minute I walked in the men started hovering. I told the men I wanted to work with Darlene and they no longer spoke to me, but one of them literally kept circling around me as I waited for her. It was a relief to have a no pressure sales person like Darlene. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Mazda brand. I told her what I needed and she worked with me patiently for two days. At one point it looked as though the deal wouldn't happen and to my surprise she actually started looking for a cheaper car on another dealer's website. It showed me that she genuinely cared about me as a customer and not me as a commission. She let Donny know that my deal was falling through and I was going to a different dealership. Guess what, Donny didn't let that happen. Within 30 minutes I was picking out the color of my new Mazda. This was the third car I purchased from Darlene and as long as she is at Cardinale Way Mazda I will continue to buy from her as well as recommend her. More

Now we have a new 2017 Miata MX5 which will probably create a household spat on who will be the primary driver, me or the wife. More
