I have been coming to the dealership for probably 15 years I have bought several vehicles family have bought vehicles and friends of the service is tremendous and I'm just extremely happy with the servi years I have bought several vehicles family have bought vehicles and friends of the service is tremendous and I'm just extremely happy with the service I no longer live in Las Vegas. I now live in Roseburg Oregon and I'm not happy with the Toyota dealership here I've been here one year and I am not happy with the dealership here at all but when I'm in Vegas that my daughter lives there the vehicle that we get serviced is there so we continue to go to Dave Wilson's? More

Did not acknowledge my issues and when the time came when the warranty expired no one acted responsibly for the issues that had not been resolved. I'm very disappointed with the service and the people who as the warranty expired no one acted responsibly for the issues that had not been resolved. Installed a seat belt but didn't check work to see if it worked. Had to return and was told they ordered a right one instead of left. That was reason it wasn't working although I mentioned it worked when yo worked. Had to return and was told they ordered a right one instead of left. That was reason it wasn't working although I mentioned it worked when you used it on center receptacle. Somehow it was fixed by mechanic and now works. More

My car computer was failing. I went into great detail of why I thought it was failing. They basically did a load test and a few other things. Within a day or two the computer alm I went into great detail of why I thought it was failing. They basically did a load test and a few other things. Within a day or two the computer almost completely failed. The dealer did nothing to address this and my understanding and it's less than $1,000 to fix the issue they charged me $400 for $300 to do almost nothing. More

Your dealership has been efficient and friendly except once I asked one of your service writers about you’re tire replacement guarantee and his answer led me to believe that he in general and Toyota speci once I asked one of your service writers about you’re tire replacement guarantee and his answer led me to believe that he in general and Toyota specifically didn’t give a rats a__ about their customers. I am still waiting for a reply to my claim for tire replacement cost compensation from Toyota. More
