Darnell was a pleasure to work with at Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield. She and the rest of the staff treated me with respect. Darnell was very accomodating to her schedule to fit my schedule on when I cou of Lynnfield. She and the rest of the staff treated me with respect. I am writing to you to give praise and accolades to your dealership and especially to Darnell Caruso Stewart, who recently sold me a 2014 GLK. I have to say that at first, I was very undecided about making dealership and especially to Darnell Caruso Stewart, who recently sold me a 2014 GLK. I have to say that at first, I was very undecided about making the transition from the C300. What had happened was, I had leased the C300 in March of 2013. I had been driving a BMW Z3 Roadster for seven years, and I turned it in and put about $3,000 down to lease a Mercedes. Because I was so used to driving a small car, I was not ready to drive anything bigger than the C300- which I truly loved driving, but when we had our first snowstorm in December, I was disappointed with my choice because it is small and close to the ground - and I didn't feel confident in the snow (although it did not slip or slide) and I realized I was finally ready to drive something bigger. So I went back to see Darnell. It was a tough decision because I had to come up with more money and my payments are higher now, and I was a little apprehensive to go through with the deal initially. I even cancelled at one point because I was so afraid of spending the extra money. But I need to feel confident about the car I am driving- especially in the snow. So I came back and I talked to Darnell and I told her about all my worries. She is a fabulous human being, beautiful inside and out- she listened to my concerns and really understood. I told her I really liked the C300 and did not want to come across as malcontented, but that I had regretted leasing a small car (even though I was not ready at the time for a bigger one.) Darnell made a very good point: Is the money more important than feeling safer and happier in the car? Once I sat in the GLK I knew I had my answer. So I went ahead with the deal and I am thrilled with the GLK. Now...here is what made it all worth every penny. Not only was I completely happy with the GLK, but when it snowed this past Thursday, I had no problem driving it at all. I felt completely safe and in control, It gets better. I came home on Thursday to my fiancé being in pain and telling me he had seen a doctor and that he needed a CT scan. I suspected it might be his appendix. Well! Friday morning he was still in pain, and worsening, and ,I needed to get him to the hospital. So we walked out to my parking space at Admirals Hill and , of course, the GLK was ensconced in over a foot of un-shoveled snow! I hardly had to struggle- it rolled right out of the space without any shoveling! It got us through the roads without a hitch, and up the steep hill up to Whidden hospital. It turned out that it was his appendix and he needed surgery right away! If I had not had the GLK there would have been no way I could have driven my fiancé to the hospital in time. He was able to get the operation he needed before his appendix burst, and the car handled flawlessly with all the scurrying around I had to do in eight degrees and in over a foot of snow! The heat works great, the seat warmers are perfect, and I feel safe! The car did not swerve even once. The tires and heavy weight of the vehicle held me steadfastly to the pavement at any speed or road condition. I felt superhuman and I truly believe that all ambulances should be Mercedes GLK's! In summary, not only did Darnell help me improve my driving experience, but she saved my fiancé's life!- (and our future) by helping me with my decision to go with the GLK. Darnell Caruso Stewart is a heroine and she saved 2014 and beyond! If I ever need to drive up to my company's NH office, I have no fears! I am so set in the GLK! I love Flagship Motorcars and all the people there- like Sharona and Nathan and Steve-and everyone in finance and service- all great people! Thank you for helping me out this past year and especially this winter. I have no regrets at all spending the extra money; I know I made the right choice!! More

We drove into the Lot of Flagship Motorcars Mercedes in Lynnfield, MA, and were introduced to Darnell Caruso-Stewart in the sales department. Darnell asked what she could do to help us and we told her tha Lynnfield, MA, and were introduced to Darnell Caruso-Stewart in the sales department. Darnell asked what she could do to help us and we told her that we were interested in a GLK 250...immediately she showed us what was in inventory and we started to talk numbers and were introduced to Gil Otero, sales manager. We discussed two cars in particular and tried to make the numbers work and decided to leave the dealership and go back to Boston and think about the potential purchase as we were headed home to Vermont after the Thanksgiving holiday with our son in Boston. Darnell followed up after Thanksgiving and we thanked her for helping us but we felt that things were not going to work and maybe we would revisit the deal another time. She asked if we could talk in a conference call with her and Gil Otero, sales manager and Paul McDaniels, general manager and we agreed. Collectively they tried their best to structure a better deal for us and we decided to again talk between ourselves and get back to them. After my wife and I talked we decided to try one more time and called Darnell...she was on the phone...we asked to speak with Mr.McDaniels and he agreed to a deal on the phone and we stopped on our way back to Vermont and signed the papers. It is refreshing to deal with an honorable Dealership that actually wants to make things work and can empathize with their customers. We are enjoying our GLK and could not ask for any better treatment at an automobile dealership...anywhere! Thanks guys!!! More

Darnell Caruso-Stewart provided outstanding customer service and she is delightful to work with. Darnell is extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of the vehicle and was able to answer all of my quest service and she is delightful to work with. Darnell is extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. Darnell has continued to assist me even after I purchased the vehicle and has really looked out for my interests and needs. She has sent me the EZ Pass I forgot to remove from my trade in (without being asked!), followed up on the activation of Sirius Radio, chased down the return of my trade-in license plates and the receipt for them, and provided a missing "Command" Manual. I don't think any of this is a salesperson's job, but Darnell performs all of this very willingly and efficiently to make the customer experience with her and her organization excellent. I would highly recommend Darnell and Flagship Motorcars. More

While servicing my 2nd vehicle at Herb Chambers Lexus of Norwell, the Lexus sales manager (Chip Gray) offered to introduce me to one of his counterparts (Gil Otero) at another Herb Chamber's store (Flagship Motors). Within minutes (while on the phone) Gil put a stupendous 27 month lease deal together on a 2104 E350 4matic Sport Sedan that would also pull me completely through my lease 7 months early. A few minutes later he followed up with the deal details by email. Two hours later I was in the showroom where Gil introduced me to Darnell, who took the deal the rest of the way. She is arguably one of the best sales associates I've ever had a chance to work with in over 20 car deals. Swift, efficient, thorough and personable are four words that come quickly to mind in my experience with her. While the car was getting its inspection sticker, Paul McDaniels (the GM) came over to meet and thank me. An hour later I drove away with my new car. Great deal, great people, great experience. I had a fantastic buying experience with Darnell from beginning to end. Darnell really got to know me and understood exactly what I was looking for - I was struggling between an E wagon and a Sedan and beginning to end. Darnell really got to know me and understood exactly what I was looking for - I was struggling between an E wagon and a Sedan and she found me the perfect car- a sedan with split folding seats! That was it - she found me the perfect car in the right color with everything I wanted. Since the moment I purchased the car Darnell has been in constant communication getting the car ready for pick up- she responds instantly and her friendliness is second to none. When you are buying a MB it should be a special, high end customer service experience and that is exactly what you will get at Lynnfield MB working with Darnell and her team! I couldn't be happier with my new car! More

This is my second purchase of a new Mercedes from this dealership. My salesperson, Darnell Caruso-Stewart was excellent to work with. She went above and beyond what was required of her. I had a very difficult time trying to pick out exactly what I wanted and she took the time, more than once, to sit down with me and go through all of their inventory and the inventory that was within their means to acquire just to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted and that the car had all of the options that I wanted. I was not the easiest person to work with as I tend to be very picky. I would email her or call her and she would return my email or my call almost immediately, even on her days off. Darnell is a very friendly, outgoing, and sincere person, someone you can trust to help you. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I love my new car! Darnell is the best! More
