I was short on time, but wanted to buy a new car for my wife as a surprise. Darnell understood this clearly and helped greatly. She was able to get me out of my previous lease early - which was great in itself because the monthly payments were too much and I didn't n Flagship. It took roughly three hours to process my trade in and walk out of there with my new car. Darnell kept me informed of what step in the process we were in the entire time, along with updated wait times given the amount of foot traffic they were experiencing that day.
