My wife and I have purchased several new/used vehicles over the years and our experience at Jim Ellis was by far the best one yet. From the moment we drove onto the lot, we were treated with honesty, truthfulness, and respect. Our salesman, Darral Porter, was great. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him. Tim Autry, in the finance office, was wonderful to talk to. And Vince in the parts department was truly helpful. All three men, were not just efficient and good at their jobs, they were genuinely nice to talk with, and do business with. We had great conversations with all three and would glad work with all three of them again. More

Great sales people I originally went in for an oil change and was wondering the building wanting to look at a Tahoe on the lot. Darrell greeted me and spent time showi I originally went in for an oil change and was wondering the building wanting to look at a Tahoe on the lot. Darrell greeted me and spent time showing me the vehicle. A few weeks later when I saw the price drop, I came back in and Jim helped me while Darrell was out. The process to take the vehicle home for the night was very easy and sold me on wanting to get the Tahoe and not the Mercedes. Darrell and Jim were great at helping me make my decision on the Tahoe after the price issue. Darrell was patient and great at showing me all the features in the new Tahoe. It was a very big change from my 2004 Tahoe. More

The best experience I have ever had!!!! I was looking for a good used truck and I thought I had found it at another location, then I went online and saw this truck at Jim Ellis . It was the right color and had low mileage for a great price!!! When I spoke with the salesman he he very nice and not pushy, when he told me he wanted to help me get this truck and he did!!!
