Had a great experience with Darrell and with Five Star Subaru. We walked in with our eyes on two cars and left with one of them. Darrell won me over on t INTEGRITY, SERVICE, RESPECT & EFFICIENCY Darrell took care of me for my 2nd time in a row buying from Subaru of Grapevine. Darrell won me over on the purchase by having integrity, telling me what all was needed before my arrival, sending video proof of the car I wanted being available at the dealership, and treating me with mutual respect. Brandon took care of my finance options before I got to his office so all I had to do was decide and cut 30 minutes to an hour out of my wait time. I got in at 0930 and left by 1130. The manager, Tony, of over 20 years even sat down with me to make sure my buying experience was perfect. An overall wonderful and efficient experience! More

Easy Peasy, nice and Breezy! I contacted Darrell at 11 am about the vehicle via phone. He sent me a video he took of the inside and outside of the car. I had a preapproval letter I contacted Darrell at 11 am about the vehicle via phone. He sent me a video he took of the inside and outside of the car. I had a preapproval letter from my lender, Darrell picked me up at my apt 45 min away, and drove me to the dealership to test drive it. The paperwork took 15-20 min, and by 6:30 pm I was on my way home the same day! Easiest car buying experience ever! Thanks, Darrell! More
