Service and people were good. Only complaint i have is it took 3 hrs to get an oil change and tire rotation after checking in at the Express lane. This dealership is a nice one. The service technician was not friendly nor helpful. Since this was my first time visiting the dealership and using the express for an oil change, I had no idea how to proceed. I greeted the tech and ex Since this was my first time visiting the dealership and using the express for an oil change, I had no idea how to proceed. I greeted the tech and explained that I was new and clueless as to the procedure. He had a smart comment about ‘it’s a first for everyone’. Further conversation revealed he either, 1) dislikes his job, 2) prefers to not be helpful, or 3) could not give any care to customers. After completing the oil change and almost 2 hours later, I asked the inside service counter if they could check on my vehicle. The first woman said I’d have to find my service tech that I initially spoke with so I returned to the outside. (A side note that she was getting ready to head out to lunch so, I’m assuming she couldn’t bother to help) I waited at the techs unoccupied station for approximately 3-4 minutes while I watched the tech at the end of the service area have a coffee and smoke break. He witnessed me standing at his desk but did not bother to assist. I went back inside once again and spoke to a second woman who was very helpful and assisted me to make payment and get me to my vehicle. The tech also informed that that just because I had a 10am appointment it didn’t mean that I wouldn’t be last in line as there was just a ‘rush’ of people before me. Really? So, approximately 2.25 hours into my 10qm appointment, I’m finally completed and leaving the dealership. Guess what I received approximately 30 minutes later…a text that my vehicle was complete but not yet ready for pick up. That’s almost comical. Would I recommend this dealership? No because apparently, customer service is not important. When I purchase another Jeep, it will not be from Cape Coral. I’ll go 15 minutes down the road to GALEANA. More
