I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received from Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I purchased my vehicle less than 10 months ago, and the check engine light has already appeared multiple tim from Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I purchased my vehicle less than 10 months ago, and the check engine light has already appeared multiple times. During my previous visit, the dealership had my vehicle for nearly a week and assured me that the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, the same problem has returned, indicating that the original repair was not properly completed. What is most disappointing is that the dealership now expects me to pay rental and diagnostic fees to re-evaluate the same issue. I believe it is unreasonable to charge a customer for a problem that was previously addressed but not corrected. This ongoing issue has been significant enough that I’ve been contacted by several lemon law firms regarding my situation, which is very concerning for a vehicle less than a year old. I value accountability and professionalism, and I would expect a dealership representing major automotive brands to stand behind their repairs and ensure customer satisfaction. More

I had a 10:30 appointment I arrived on time. I was the second vehicle being check in I waited at least five minutes until someone finally came out and said something to me by this time another c I was the second vehicle being check in I waited at least five minutes until someone finally came out and said something to me by this time another car had pulled up. A young lady working in the service department came and checked that car in before me I told the lady that I had a 10:30 appointment she told me somebody will be with me. A service advisor finally came out to my Truck to check me in. I told him that I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change. He told me that the 10:30 appointment did not really mean anything that just puts me in line for an oil change by this time. A service advisor came out to the Truck to check me in. I told him that I had a 1030 appointment for an oil change It’s not really a big deal. He was very rude. The oil change took a little over two hours to complete. I saw my truck sitting in the bay after the oil change my truck still sat there for another five minutes before he finally checked me out. I noticed that he was checking in other cars while my truck was sitting there complete already. Michael Castori who is the best service advisor on the planet was not there he is usually my service advisor. If he was there that morning this would have never happened to me. Cape Coral dodge really needs to fix service department starting with Darren caster he is horrible The only reason I know his name is because it’s on this review that I am writing. More
