Bought 4 new tires and they did not balanced and installed them right. After 5000 miles and a few months are worn out on the sides and not able to rotate them because with the higher speed start vib installed them right. I was there last week and they said they will send a claim to Nexen and now they informed me that they have a bad news and they cannot do anything!!!!
