Great follow up. Darren and team had great communication. Its unfortunate that Nissan (not Jenkins) will not warranty the AC compressor after only 30k miles. After having 4 previous Nissans and 3 current Nissans (2 of the current 3 having both AC and transmission problems) we will not purchase anorher one. We are currently in the market for a new vehicle and I have serious concerns about Nissan. More

They were ready for me when I arrived, I explained what that I was going on a long trip and besides the oil change I wanted done, I wanted the car to be checked out thoroughly. That's exactly what was done while I enjoyed the refreshments in the customer lounge area. When it was found that I would need brakes in a while (I was at 4 mm let) it was suggested that I might want to consider having it done now and also replace the engine air filter also. I authorized the both the brakes and air filters to be replaced. More
