Thanks! Darren was great to work with. My scheduled service started on time and was completed at the expected time. I was made aware of a recall I did not kno Darren was great to work with. My scheduled service started on time and was completed at the expected time. I was made aware of a recall I did not know about as well. I would like to add that, separate from my experience at the dealership, it is EXTREMELY frustrating to not be able to call and talk with someone directly. I made four phone calls to the dealership and never got to the right person. I finally gave up. When the rest of the dealership has treated me so well, this is a huge dissatisfier. More

Very good buying experience I had been looking for a specific truck for a long time and Cortese had exactly what I wanted. I dealt with Victor Bay, very nice guy and went out of his way to meet my needs and fix little things I found on the truck that I didn’t like. The pricing on the truck was on the lower end of the price scale, which I liked a lot. All in all I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. More

The only reason for 4 out of 5 starts is based on the quality of vehicle I leased 2 years ago was less than sub par, however Ron did work with me to get out of the vehicle 15 months early. More
