I switched to this dealership after sub par work and lack of customer support from the others. Since the move I have been pleased with the work they have done on my trucks. Unemployment stinks. I had a followup with a recall for my 2013 Escape. On the day of my scheduled appointment, I dropped off my car and in reply to the question if I nee I had a followup with a recall for my 2013 Escape. On the day of my scheduled appointment, I dropped off my car and in reply to the question if I needed an oil change or tire rotation, I contemplated and said no due to my being unemployed. Without going into detail, my Unemployment situation was understood. Talk about relief. Thank you Ford service Family Good deeds are not forgotten. More
