Scheduled two services a week in advance, drop vehicle at 8am. Had vehicle all day. Was told the next morning vehicle was ready. Went to pickup vehicle…the oil change (2nd service request) was not complet 8am. Had vehicle all day. Was told the next morning vehicle was ready. Went to pickup vehicle…the oil change (2nd service request) was not completed. Had to wait an additional hour for the oil change. Service representative seemed to be overwhelmed/streessed… More

Every time I bring a vehicle in for a oil change and rotate the tires, I tell the service people when I make the appointment and the day of my appointment that I have a service package that covers the o rotate the tires, I tell the service people when I make the appointment and the day of my appointment that I have a service package that covers the oil change and tire rotation. Every xxxx time when I go to the cashier I am being charged for the oil change and tire rotation!!!! Apparently your service people DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT A SERVICE PACKAGE COVERS, such as oil change and tire rotation… I wish I would have never bought a vehicle from Greg Lair. The service dept SUCKS….. More
