Darrick Tolliver our sales representative was great, he came in on his day off and did his best to make the purchase experience as pleasant as possible. He took the time to sit with us in our new Mustang M came in on his day off and did his best to make the purchase experience as pleasant as possible. He took the time to sit with us in our new Mustang Mach-E and go through all the features and settings and we really appreciated that extra effort. The dealership organized financing for us with Ford credit and that was a pleasant experience. However, the dealership management clearly needs some customer service training. Our car was always going to be registered in Florida and this was made clear when we ordered the car some eight months ago. Florida does not issue front bumper plates. For what ever reason the dealership proceeded to drill into our brand new beautiful white front bumper and install a black front plate with the Koons Ford license plate surround. We are extrely disappointed with this assault on our otherwise perfect vehicle purchasing experience. Darrick Tolliver apologized for the error, but when we asked the manager to replace the bumper he had the audacity to imply that it was our fault the plate was added and that if wanted a new bumper we could buy one. At no point did he apologize for completely screwing up our $70,000 car. His attitude was quit frankly disgusting If he ever had any customer service training it certainly was not evident. Unfortunately this has caused us to have a sour taste in our mouth about the whole transaction and we cannot say that we will be recommending to our friends and family that Koons Ford as a good place to buy a car. I was initially pleased with the service and quality of the vehicle but post-sale developments have soured my experience. I was not advised until taking delivery of the vehicle that only one key would be p the vehicle but post-sale developments have soured my experience. I was not advised until taking delivery of the vehicle that only one key would be provided and that an additional one would have to be ordered by me at the cost of several hundred dollars. Additionally my vehicle has a keyless entry key pad. I requested the code and was assured at delivery and at least one more time by text that it would be provided. After asking 3 times I was advised "We don't have it. Because a key was never provided. We aren't able to get it." A vehicle in this price at this price range should surely include two working keys and access to the keyless entry already equipped. If the dealer is not going to provide these items then the customer should be advised before the vehicle is sold and delivered to the customer. These are reasonable expectations. More

The dealership does provide great service with Mr. Tolliver, however I feel that I was not afforded exception finance or giving information and the return policy of the vehicle I purchase. The gas pedal and brake pedal because of the space under the dash did not allow smooth transferring of going from the gas to the break pedal. I expedient's three plus near accident in try in to stop the car at lights and on the high way (very dangers). I called back and took the car to see if I could move up to the Expedition that does have the spacing for my feet less than one week with 406 miles. I was not given the chance to return the car purchase the Expedition. I was not informed at the tine of purchase on the grace time. I was not happy that I was offered only 45 K when 7 day ago I paid over 63K for the car. Especially since I was looking to purchase a larger vehicle. I had been a loyal Ford customer since 1999. My wife has a Maverick on order, but is now thinking of not purchasing the truck. I felt more could and should have been done. More

I had a GREAT experience with Darrick. I didn't know if it would happen for me, based upon my situation. However, Darrick found something that worked for me. I love my new SUV, and so does I didn't know if it would happen for me, based upon my situation. However, Darrick found something that worked for me. I love my new SUV, and so does my wife; which is probably most important. :-) I would DEFINITELY recommend Darrick to anyone! More
