Train your salesmen and finance men to NEVER tell a woman to calm down or relax. Be honest and transparent about the process of trading in a car when there is a cash payment due the buyer.I was owed 20,000$ to calm down or relax. Be honest and transparent about the process of trading in a car when there is a cash payment due the buyer.I was owed 20,000$ after my trade in and a 4-day wait turned into "when we get the clear title in 1-2 weeks", which turned into "it can take up to 6 weeks"! This was unacceptable. I had to do all the work and follow-up to get it straight. I purchased your car, traded in mine, refinanced my new car and paid Ford in full, had my title cleared and ready for For, all in a 4 day window. Your finance guy said "wow, there's a lot going on here." I said, "no, I'm just efficient.". Your people could learn something about efficiency. Other than their lack of efficiency and being up front, I love my new Bronco. I will need this Ford's service department, however, so I don't need to be targeted as a complainer. More

They sold me a damaged 2026 Ford Expedition Max that was suppose to be brand new. I’ve made reasonable requests for reconciliation and they refuse to do anything about it even after the manager said “this p suppose to be brand new. The front bumper had been hit hard enough to dislodge the pre collision system without leaving a mark you can see unless up very close. Do not go here, and if you do, take a magnifying glass to the car you’re about to purchase. More
