He was very professional and promised he could get me into something I would be happy with. He contacted me the next day with news.....he got me into something I was definitely happy with. Darrin Aden contacted me right away to find out what I was looking for and set a time to meet that would be most convenient for me. When I met with him he went out of his way to really listen and get to the heart of what I was really looking for. He also laid out many different options that I had available to me. I really felt his sincerity and felt confident that he was helping me to find the best deal for me. I leased a 2014 Cheverolet Equinox and I couldn't be any happier with my new purchase. While I was waiting for paperwork to be finalized I also had the pleasure of working with Jared Hale. He very patiently walked me through allof the features on my new vehicle and also waled me through all of the steps to get Onstar registered on my vehicle. No question was too small. He made me feel very comfortable in my new Equinox. I felt he was very sincere when he stated that I should call him at any time that I had a question after leaving the lot. I first spoke with Darrin through the online sales chat regarding my desire to purchse a new vehicle. I then submitted my credit app and faxed all necessary documents to Darrin. I showed up at the dealership and he was with a customer and didn't want me to have to wait so he turned me over to Tyreese Lewis who had just started and it was actually his first day out of training. He was very encouraging. He put forth a diligent effort to provide me with outstanding customer service. I experienced this with all of the employees I encountered. I obtained a loan with a respectable down payment and affordable monthly payment thanks to all the hard work J.C. Baker put in. I am still amazed at how well I was treated and the level service I received. I have bought many cars and for the first time I didn't feel like I was being pressured or overcharged. Tyreese and J.C. both stayed after they closed to help close the deal and ensure everything went smooth.
