I first spoke with Darrin through the online sales chat regarding my desire to purchse a new vehicle. I then submitted my credit app and faxed all necessary documents to Darrin. I showed up at the dealership and he was with a customer and didn't want me to have to wait so he turned me over to Tyreese Lewis who had just started and it was actually his first day out of training. He was very encouraging. He put forth a diligent effort to provide me with outstanding customer service. I experienced this with all of the employees I encountered. I obtained a loan with a respectable down payment and affordable monthly payment thanks to all the hard work J.C. Baker put in. I am still amazed at how well I was treated and the level service I received. I have bought many cars and for the first time I didn't feel like I was being pressured or overcharged. Tyreese and J.C. both stayed after they closed to help close the deal and ensure everything went smooth. It was the entire team at Jake Sweeney that helped me...from the finance people to the man who walked me thru the functions of my new car hours after the dealership had closed. The entire Jake Sweeney team made me feel like they were very interested in making sure my car buying process was as easy as possible. Darrin Aden is my personal car dealer and I don't do car business with anyone but him. I trust him and know that he is a honest trust worthy business man who will never try and put me in a car just to make a deal. The inventory at Jake Sweeney really caught my eye. I submitted an application online, and within minutes, I was contacted by the Internet Sales Department, specifically Darrin Aden. What a super salesman. Darrin is the "real deal" for those of you who don't like high pressure salesmen. When he contacted me he told me exactly what I would need and scheduled an appointment for me to come down and meet with him. Let me be honest, my situation was not the best in the world to be purchasing ANY vehicle. Upon arrival, Darrin reviewed my information and went to work. Darrin and the finance managers there seem like wizards, because I was able to drive out with a BRAND NEW car the same day. When I say salesman, that is a title only, he treated me with the dignity and respect everyone deserves when making a purchase of this magnitude. It was truly above and beyond what I had received from other salesman at competing dealerships. This leads me to the point, Darrin is a great person as well as a salesman. No pressure to really buy anything at all. It was more important to Darrin and the Jake Sweeney dealership, that I was happy with my purchase even if we couldn't make a deal. But we did, and for that, I am extremely thankful. So if your in need of a vehicle or just want one for whatever reason, please don't buy a car until you give Darrin Aden and Jake Sweeney a chance to go to work for YOU. Although I live in Euclid, Ohio (4 hours away), I tried to shop around and heed the advise of my younger brother Darrin Aden. No matter where we looked, I just wasn't comfortable with what I was being offe to shop around and heed the advise of my younger brother Darrin Aden. No matter where we looked, I just wasn't comfortable with what I was being offered, or trying to be sold. Finally I decided to trust the real honest professional and come down, and see what he had to offer. First of all, the pre-qualification, and leg work was done 1 week, prior to coming down. That was the biggest relief, just knowing what we had to work with, the parameters, the carfax information and the internet information to view our options. When we arrived, we were met with warm smiles, greetings and salutations. Darrin had the cars lined up, warmed up and ready for test drives. My daughter and I was so pleased with whole process. Needless to say, we are happy, satisfied and very grateful that we made the trip to Cincinnati to purchase my 22 year old daughter, her first car, from her Uncle Darrin @ Jake Sweeney!!
