Overall Heiser was good to work with. My discussions started online and went well. The only issue was upon my arrive I asked for the gentleman I was working with via email. As it turns out, he already left for the day, and the only reason I found out was a proactive salesperson walking past me asked if I was being helped. He made sure I was take care of.
