Darrin was a pleasure to work with. Took about a year to get the vehicle that we wanted but Darrin was in contact every step of the way. Once we received word that our vehicle was ready, Darrin explained everything in great detail. Did not feel like I was rushed to get out of the dealership. Darrin was wonderful to work with when purchasing our Venza. He communicated with us throughout the entire process, giving us updates for when the vehicle would arrive. He made the whole process very easy and was very accommodating. When picking up our Venza, Darrin was very thorough in explaining all of the features on the vehicle and how to change various settings. Colt was very helpful for financing and was patient and kind while we discussed options and asked questions.
