I grew up in the Tunbridge/South Royalton area. It has been a pleasure to have Darrin as my sales person. He got me listed on the Rav4 Prime delivery schedule in December 2021 and informed me every month of my status in the list. He knew that my wife preferred a specific color, but he called 3 times to give us an opportunity to receive a vehicle of another color in case we changed our mind or needed a car sooner. Darrin kept us continually apprised of our status. He was great in communicating, and when we received our vehicle, he spent as much time as we needed time acquainting us with the vehicle and its features. This whole process during the "Pandemic" was made very satisfactory because of Darrin's diligence and care. More
