I had such an excellent experience at White River Toyota with Marty Adams when I purchased my 2019 Toyota Highlander, that I decided to take the same route in purchasing my 2024 Toyota Highlander as well. with Marty Adams when I purchased my 2019 Toyota Highlander, that I decided to take the same route in purchasing my 2024 Toyota Highlander as well. Working with Marty feels like working with trustworthy family. He is very caring, thorough, and informative. He tried to come up with what vehicle was right for me, and helped me get to the price point/payment I needed. I didn’t feel rushed, pressured or forced to jump into anything I wasn’t certain on purchasing. He was communicative throughout the entire process, and pleasant right down to explaining how to use every feature in the car. I would return again for another purchase when the time comes. I just drove off with my 2023 Toyota Tacoma. After emailing with one person, I suddenly found myself communicating with Sheldon (the other person was internet sales so I got "handed off."). Sheldon did a terrific job keeping me updated on the status of my truck, where it was, etc, and never once appeared to get flustered with my incessant questions, and emails (I had not done this in over 14 years). I was a little delayed, because of weather, and he had the foresight to begin the paperwork, so I wasn't held there for any longer than needed. All, in all, I am impressed with Sheldon's work ethic, personality, humor, and professionalism. Great job by him, and everyone else involved in the sale! More

Darrin made purchasing a new car seamless. I went into the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted (2023 Corolla Hybrid LE AWD), and Darrin met my requests with expediency. We immediately I went into the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted (2023 Corolla Hybrid LE AWD), and Darrin met my requests with expediency. We immediately had an order placed without Darrin trying to sell me anything I didn’t request, he answered clearly any questions I had, and he made me copies of everything I signed. I left the dealership with his contact and promise to communicate in the weeks proceeding the car’s arrival. Darrin consistently updated me in the weeks to follow about the status of my order, flexibly tailoring his communication methods to fit my schedule (text/email). When the allotted car started being built with a different specification than what I preferred (the dealership can request so-and-so, but Toyota orders aren’t a guaranteed exact match), Darrin was able to request a change request to Toyota to build it with my preferred interior. Once the car hit the lot, I went into WRJ Toyota about three hours before they closed for the day, and I left with my keys in hand. Darrin sold at MSRP without any market adjustments like so many other dealerships do these days. (I did try to negotiate down from MSRP—which wasn’t possible—and I wasn’t able to remove mudguards that I didn’t order, but Darrin took off half of the price.) Darrin explained all of the car’s features, and he seemed to genuinely care about my customer experience even after I signed all the paperwork and walked out the door. He helped clear out my trade-in vehicle and set-up my new account/profile in my Corolla. He also followed up after my purchase offering his help in figuring out my new car and its features. I went into WRJ Toyota expecting the worst because I’m a flat-lander familiar with big-city salesmen exploiting consumers. But I had the total opposite experience with Darrin (Chris in Finance was also wonderful). The entire process was transparent, low-stress, and efficient. More
