When I contacted Honda of Bartlesville, I received an immediate reply and when I asked for a price quote, I received one I considered competitive right away without any haggling, reservations, or expiration dates. That is the way I like to deal. My only reservation is the distance from my home to this dealership--150 miles. The sales person, Darrin Turner, kept in touch without being pushy even though it was several weeks after my first inquiry before I actually purchased my car. More

Both he and the sales manager made the buying process quick, simple and straightforward. The price on my new CRV was as good as any I could find in Eastern Oklahoma and the administrative fees were lower. I have done business with both of the Tulsa Honda dealerships but have never had an experience nearly as pleasant as I did with Honda of Bartlesville. I drove about an hour, each way, but the trip was well worth it. More

Josh the sales manager, gave me an outstanding deal on a new truck, which lured me all the way from Wichita, Kansas, and was fair on my trade. The finance rep, Dominykas, was informative and efficient in that process as well (and can talk college basketball as too; when you see him you'll know why). I just felt like I was dealing with good people who were interested in creating as good and hassle free buying experience as is possible. More

Excellence Delivered I inquired about a car online and received an excellent offer in a very short time. I called to reaffirm all of the small details, document fees, etc., were included in my offer as requested. To my surprise, there were no loose ends. I called today to make sure the car was available and it was. I drove over an hour and a half to see the vehicle and reaffirm my offer in person. Nothing changed and all was as presented online. The car was ready for a test drive and I was greeted by my sales rep when I arrived. Needless to say, I bought the car. The deal was super easy and no pressure or gimmicks were presented to me for consideration. I've owned a Honda since 1995 and this was the first time I was ever offered a Honda extended warranty and not a third party junk warranty. This was the only thing presented to me aside from the original deal, which was perfectly fine and part of their doing their job. Still, no pressure to buy anything extra. Simple presentation of the benefits of Honda Care. In the end, my experience was GREAT and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a GREAT deal and a place that treats you like you've done business with them for years even though this was my first time with them or ever visiting this dealership for that matter. As a customer, they exemplified what it means to serve the customer. As a side note, I live in the Stillwater area and have access to numerous Honda dealerships within an hour or less of my home. This dealership exceeded my expectations and I suspect they will exceed yours too if given a chance to serve you. I hope this review will stand as a testament to their willingness to serve you with excellence. As a customer, I demand perfection, but excellence will always suffice. When I packed up he did on the grey caradsaod why did you get a different car i said I didn't they scammed me! I have simply asked for my money back this careaks water and had it checked it a and a lot is wrong with it!I'm a single mom of 2 and this place scammed me good and actions will be taken they even Doctored the carfax and whites kit the color!!! Please don't use these people they lie as cheats you.. this is far from over! The owner bassicly said tough!I have pictures of so evidence and like I said buyer bewear! More
