Excellence Delivered I inquired about a car online and received an excellent offer in a very short time. I called to reaffirm all of the small details, document fees, etc. I inquired about a car online and received an excellent offer in a very short time. I called to reaffirm all of the small details, document fees, etc., were included in my offer as requested. To my surprise, there were no loose ends. I called today to make sure the car was available and it was. I drove over an hour and a half to see the vehicle and reaffirm my offer in person. Nothing changed and all was as presented online. The car was ready for a test drive and I was greeted by my sales rep when I arrived. Needless to say, I bought the car. The deal was super easy and no pressure or gimmicks were presented to me for consideration. I've owned a Honda since 1995 and this was the first time I was ever offered a Honda extended warranty and not a third party junk warranty. This was the only thing presented to me aside from the original deal, which was perfectly fine and part of their doing their job. Still, no pressure to buy anything extra. Simple presentation of the benefits of Honda Care. In the end, my experience was GREAT and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a GREAT deal and a place that treats you like you've done business with them for years even though this was my first time with them or ever visiting this dealership for that matter. As a customer, they exemplified what it means to serve the customer. As a side note, I live in the Stillwater area and have access to numerous Honda dealerships within an hour or less of my home. This dealership exceeded my expectations and I suspect they will exceed yours too if given a chance to serve you. I hope this review will stand as a testament to their willingness to serve you with excellence. As a customer, I demand perfection, but excellence will always suffice. They pulled a bait and switch omw I find a HIT LT 2008 The color was sandstone beige and the interior was cashmere (light) color I ready car fax drop it then said I wanted i put 500 I find a HIT LT 2008 The color was sandstone beige and the interior was cashmere (light) color I ready car fax drop it then said I wanted i put 500.00 down to hold i went back late and Jerry the sales man helping me rushed me inside to lay the rest and signed paper work when I .came out to get my car it was Charcoal grey.. now my dad test drove the original car so did and my 8 year old son was there I told them right off this wasnt my car but since I really didn't like the tan it was in greatshale 2 owners. When I packed up he did on the grey caradsaod why did you get a different car i said I didn't they scammed me! I have simply asked for my money back this careaks water and had it checked it a and a lot is wrong with it!I'm a single mom of 2 and this place scammed me good and actions will be taken they even Doctored the carfax and whites kit the color!!! Please don't use these people they lie as cheats you.. this is far from over! The owner bassicly said tough!I have pictures of so evidence and like I said buyer bewear! More

It gave me the insight into knowing what I wanted and could afford before establishing communications while the internet salesman. I might add that the online pricing ability greatly reduced the amount of time that would have been needed to discuss,, negotiate, and consider the value for the price. Probably reduced the need for a second visit before making a second visit for a final decision. My initial phone contact and onsite visit were very congenial and relaxed so that I could focused on the decision of purchasing the right vehicle with the right options. Facilities were very nice and support staff were very accommodating and informative, including individuals not directly involved in the transaction. All the staff were very congenial. I was impressed that everyone was so friendly and congenial especially considering we were completely the sale well after closing time on a Friday night (includes sales manager, finance manager, sales staff) . Awsome experence! Other Honda dealerships offered me a good price on a car they had in stock but not what I wanted. Darrin called and emailed me and I told him exactly what I wanted. In less than a day they had found my car with two extra add on's one could be removed and one was taken care of. The price was great, he did not try to sell me anything more. Easy! Working with Dominykas was just as easy, no pressure to buy extra anything. The paperwork was done very quickly. Hassle free, enjoyable and a pleasure to do business with. More

They then asked what color we wanted. The closest SE in our color was a 10 hour round trip. We offered to change the color, but they didn't want us to compromise and instead picked the car up and brought it back by the next day. Well above and beyond what I feel other dealerships would have done. More

No pressure and very accommodating to make sure we were comfortable every step of the way. We were in and out in a snap, even with our trade in that had to be processed.
