Sweet New Escalade ESV Sport Darrin was super on point. I live in Los Angeles and was calling around to different Cadillac dealers to find the best price. When I called Paradise Darrin was super on point. I live in Los Angeles and was calling around to different Cadillac dealers to find the best price. When I called Paradise I immediately got a live person on the phone and it was Darrin Young. Lucky me that he knew what he was talking about and was very diligent with his offer, follow up, information and ultimately delivery. I felt comfortable enough dealing with them that I bought the car sight unseen and they delivered it to my house in LA (from Temecula). Best Auto purchase experience EVER! Our new car purchase was going to be a pain due to having to special order and wait. Darrin Young walked us through what to expect and approximately w Our new car purchase was going to be a pain due to having to special order and wait. Darrin Young walked us through what to expect and approximately when it would happen. He gave us weekly text message updates helping with the overall anxiety of waiting on such a big purchase. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Darrin Young at Paradise Chevrolet. We did visit other dealers prior to driving 156 miles to visit Paradise. Once the other dealers realized what we were looking for and the need to special order there was little or NO follow up. Thanks Darrin! More
