Great people Darryl Champion is a great salesman. Walked around the lot with me, helped me test drive, and was very patient with me as I was trying to decide which Darryl Champion is a great salesman. Walked around the lot with me, helped me test drive, and was very patient with me as I was trying to decide which vehicle is best for me. His manager was amazon as well, as was all the people I interacted with. I was able to leave their lot with my new Jeep and it was awesome! Thanks guys!! More

We had a choice of several quality vehicles. Our final selection, the vehicle we purchased, is a luxurious, quality, and safe vehicle. Rude, Unhelpful, Does not care for the customer. I went in to the dealership knowing exactly what vehicle I was wanting. When I got there were sales people standing around talking to each other sitti I went in to the dealership knowing exactly what vehicle I was wanting. When I got there were sales people standing around talking to each other sitting in a floor model. They looked at me but then when back to talking. Since no one approached to assist me, I went to the reception desk stating that I spoken with a Chloe on the phone about looking at a car. Immediately I was assigned to a sales rep named Darryl Champion. I told Darryl that I was looking for a used all wheel drive model of the car I was looking for and he immediately brought me a vehicle that wasn't all wheel drive. I explained again what I was needing and he said that they only had new cars that matched that description and not used. I told him I would be happy to look at the new car if that was all they had. After taking it for a test drive I told Darryl that I would be back since I was on my lunch break. Darryl kept insisting on keeping me there to have me purchase the car right then and there. I re-explained I would be back later and if the car sold, the car sold. When I returned I brought my wife with me and showed her the car. She and I both agreed we would like to purchase it but I told Darryl that I would like to trade in my current vehicle. Immediately Darryl became rude and told me he wouldn't look at the car. When I asked why he stated it was too old. (It was a 2005 Jetta that still had decent miles and ran well). When I started to state that I may start to look at other dealerships since I can't trade in my car, Darryl became even more rude and forceful. I then started asking questions about the car that Darryl wouldn't answer or assist me with. Lucky for me I did enough research on the vehicle that I figured out most of my questions. Because my wife and I still wanted the car, we followed through with the purchase. However, after agreeing to buy the car we waited for 2 hours to speak with a finance person to close the deal. When we finally met with our finance rep, she was helpful and answered all my questions. Darryl was the only person during this process that ruined the experience with Perkins for my wife and I. Overall, asking questions and trying to trade in my car caused Darryl to become rude and unhelpful which was extremely unnecessary, especially since I was a customer following through with my purchase. More

Professional! A pleasant experience from start to finish. Started working on-line with Emma. She was very helpful and found the truck I wanted for a good price. Came in to take a test drive and was handed off to "Champ", a very professional and knowledgeable salesman. We were under a time crunch and Champ did everything he could to get us on the way with our new truck in a timely fashion. Finally closed the deal with the finance manager Tawaiian. Again, a no-pressure, professional interaction that took all of 10 minutes. I look forward to dealing with Perkins Motors for many years to come. Ray Burns More

Patience made it a great experience We had bought a charger at Perkins in 2015. As much as I loved my charger, it wasn't quite what we needed around this place with the winter weather. W We had bought a charger at Perkins in 2015. As much as I loved my charger, it wasn't quite what we needed around this place with the winter weather. We wanted a SUV, 4x4 and within our budget. So we went directly to the same person that helped us before. We had a great experience then, so we knew it would be worth driving back down to see Darryl. It took about 5 weeks to close a deal. We looked at many cars, test drove them but couldn't quite find one we wanted with the accessories, miles/warranty writhin our set budget. Darryl was patient and worked with us and gave us a few options without pressure. When he found exactly what we wanted, in the same price range, he let me know right away. I absolutely love our Cherokee and we are very thankful for Champion's patience with us and helping us find the perfect SUV!! Thanks Darryl! More
