Very poor experience, had to replace fuel injectors twice on two different occasions. It took four days to make repairs to my vehicle. Also requested vehicle to be kept inside but it was left outdoors for on two different occasions. It took four days to make repairs to my vehicle. Also requested vehicle to be kept inside but it was left outdoors for four days! I also had to call service dept on numerous occasions for status update instead of dealership calling me with timely updates. More

Darryl Daniels was my service adviser for my latest service (actually the previous one as well) and I am delighted at the level of attentiveness I was provided during the appointments. I was always kep service (actually the previous one as well) and I am delighted at the level of attentiveness I was provided during the appointments. I was always kept informed as the car was being serviced (and also it is done through texting that Lockhart Cadillac has software that I'm able to see the car's mechanic give an assessment (video) of how things are and what recommendations for service are were being made in addition to what was already anticipated). So I knew what was happening at all times. More
