I purchased A mass airflow sensor for my car had it put in at Nissan. My engine light came back on, so I took it back to Nissan to get a diagnostics done as I was told to do that if the engine light came b in at Nissan. Upon arriving, they told me I would have to pay $199 for the diagnostics because they had no record of me purchasing or having any service done there I have my receipt . I ended up paying over $200 and did not even get my car washed and was giving one quote for Putting a new throttle and pcv valve. Once I let the guy know my car had fuel injection cleaning done somewhere. He said oh let me fix this and he came back with a higher price for the throttle. How amazing is that I will not have my car repaired here at the shop because people are not loyal and the reviews on Bill Ray Nissan website is terrible. I have not had any great experiences there thus far and it’s puzzles me to know they have no documentation of me coming there buying anything or having anything done when I simply have receipts. I will have my Mobil Mechanic replace the parts needed in my car Bill Ray Nissan is a rip off. More
