Long Cadillac is one of the best dealerships I have ever used. Their service department and their service employees, especially Brian, have always come through for me. They've always kept me informed of wha used. Their service department and their service employees, especially Brian, have always come through for me. They've always kept me informed of what was going on with the car, when it would be ready. Also, they've done a lot of preventive maintenance for me that was, they kept me from having any other problems later on. I highly recommend using Long Service. More

This dealership is old school went in to buy two Escalades and when we got the first one done they said to come back tomorrow cause they didn’t wanna pay overtime a couple days before thanksgiving.
