Richard Ball was able to answer all my questions and sent me more than one e-mail with pictures of areas of concern I had about the vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership Richard was busy and I was assisted by Jason Morton who was as professional and helpful as Richard had been over the phone. Jason completed the sales transaction from start to finish once we got started. I had brought my own financing so that part of the sale was very simple. I would also like to mention that a fair trade in value for my vehicle was established by Infiniti of Gwinnett before my finale decision was made to purchase. More

After an on-line inquiry, Darryl reached out to me and patiently corresponded with me by email (my preferred initial communication method) until I was ready to move forward with buying the car. He was proactive without buying pushy, sending me multiple detailed videos of the car so I could do a virtual walk around. Once I drove to Atlanta to see the car in person, Darryl was courteous, happy to answer all my questions, and smoothed the path to finalizing the deal. When he said the car was in perfect shape, he wasn't exaggerating--it really was. The entire experience was a very nice, stress-fee experience. Ask for Darryl when you're looking to buy or lease from Infiniti of Gwinnett. More
