The salesman we dealt with, Darryl, was very nice and knowledgeable. We had to wait for a new car, but that is the nature of the current market. We were unhappy that we were forced into getting the ceram knowledgeable. We had to wait for a new car, but that is the nature of the current market. We were also disappointed that our car came in and we were told to pick it up before the coating was applied. We were offered a free oil change for all that trouble. More
