After test driving and spending a couple of hours there, I decided to lease a 2026 Hybrid CRV Trail Sport. When all was said and done, I sat down with finance manager who told me I needed to put down over $4,800. This proved to me that the salesman and the finance Manager did not listen to me. If i could not afford the vehicle with zero out of pocket I would have left, this decision is mine and mine alone, At the end of the deal, I still had to put out over $2,800, a big difference from $4,800. I am not interested in dealing with what I consider deceitful people. I have been a long time customer and use the dealerships service department. I'm not sure I will do this going forward. More

Everything about the car shopping and buying experience at Honda of Freehold wa superb, with one exception. After agreeing on the deal with the GM (handshake and all) I sat down with the business (finance) at Honda of Freehold wa superb, with one exception. After agreeing on the deal with the GM (handshake and all) I sat down with the business (finance) manager to finish up the paperwork. He tried to pull a fast one by trying to "hide" the MV fees, telling me that my up-front payment was "just the first month lease payment and MV fees". Thought he could fool me - the MV fees for an EV in NJ is over $1k. When I said I agreed on all fees and taxes rolled into the deal, he tried to convince me that all, EXCEPT MV. There was no EXCEPT in the deal that I shook on with the GM. I was ready to either talk to the GM or walk. He changed his tune really quickly.. Watch out for this guy!!! All others are top notch and straight up. More
