I am very disappointed with Russ Darrow Honda. I was contacted by Daryl this morning at 9:36 am to see a car on their website. I made an appointment for noon to test drive the car. I called at 11:05 am to verify the car was available and ready... I was put on hold and then had to get a call back. The car was no longer there (sold yesterday...). Daryl sent me a link with available cars and the one I was interested in is still on the site. This is not a good business practice. I am very glad I did not make the hour drive in the snow to be extremely disappointed. Fool me once... More
