At first contact, the salesperson, Scott Franzinger was very personable, polite and not at all pushy. His demeanor put me at ease right away. As we proceeded through the process, Scott was calm, friendly and helpful. Their was no hard sales push, but a willingness to meet in the middle financially to achieve an agreement. As I looked around the dealership; I noticed that all of the Wilde employees seemed to be happy to be working there. Nobody looked stressed out. So, it appears that Wilde Lexus knows that well treated employees perform better! Good for Wilde!!! Very happy! More
