My recent experience at Wilde Lexus. I already knew the reputation of the Lexus as an automobile, top notch. My decision-making process to buy my 2 newest vehicles. I have now purchased three new vehicles from Wilde and two of those purchases were with Grant Gaugler assisting me from the beginning. My wife and I p I have now purchased three new vehicles from Wilde and two of those purchases were with Grant Gaugler assisting me from the beginning. My wife and I purchased a new 2008 ES-350 in December 2007 (before meeting Grant), but we just walked into the dealership early one evening near Christmas and bought on the spot from whichever sales associate was on floor duty. Sorry...I cannot currently remember that Lexus Associate's name. In January 2012 I began to consider buying a new personal sedan for myself. I narrowed my search to three vehicles and the new soon-to-be-released 2013 GS-350 made my "short-list". At that time I decided to contact Grant requesting his assistance to help me decide if the GS was my first choice. As soon as Wilde had a GS to demo, I took it for a test drive and so then eliminated the other two vehicles, Infiniti and Acura. Grant was very instrumental in my 3-month decision-making-process leading to my GS decision. I purchased a new 2013 GS-350 in April 2012 from Wilde Lexus and Grant Gaugler. I still have that GS-350 and it is now our "family-sport-sedan". We are going to offer my wife's 2008 ES-350 for sale on E-Bay etc, as last week after much study, I bought a new 2016 RX-350 through Grant and Wilde Lexus. I spent almost 3 months deciding upon the exact vehicle I wanted in a SUV and Grant put in a lot of time with me in helping guide me to my decision. Thank you Grant! in 2013 I also referred my daughter to Grant and she bought a used RX-350 that was on your lot. She will likely buy another vehicle through Grant and Wilde in 2016. Needless to say, I feel very favorably about the quality service I have received every time I have bought from Wilde Lexus and Grant Gaugler. He never pressures me to move in any direction but gives good, knowledgeable, professional advice about whatever category I ask him about. As to Daryl Williams, he was very knowledgeable about the operating systems on my new RX and took the time necessary to check-me-out in its operation. Thank you Daryl!
