Once again, the experience was exceptional and we can't imagine dealing with anyone but Wilde Lexus!! Greg Dowdy is a superb salesman and helped us through the buying process, As soon as we walked into the show room, Greg remembered us from a year ago...IMPRESSIVE!! They make buying a vehicle stress free... offering a comfortable lounge with a friendly environment, and a knowledgeable amazing staff, made for a memorable experience. Frank Justin guided us through the finance and warranty options with ease. Then, Peter Namerow stepped into the picture to complete the process by explaining all the excellent options available on the RX350, which included navigation. We stopped in the following day to ask a quick question, Daryl Williams eagerly assisted us. "Kudo's" to Wilde Lexus for surrounding themselves with outstanding individuals!!! More

Dean Brown and Daryl Williams were also great, super friendly and very thorough. Dean explained all of our finance and warranty options and Daryl showed us how everything operated in the vehicle. When I requested a test drive of an ES 350, my sales representative Nick Pechilis was thoroughly professional in reviewing the details of the car without a pressured sales pitch. Instead, he was an educator on the features and the benefits and one could tell he was very passionate about his job and his company. I wanted to buy a car that day and thanks to Nick’s help we reached an agreement and I made the purchase. He then put me in the capable of hands of Frank Justin for financing and Daryl Williams, the delivery specialist would reviewed more features in detail. These are top notch resources for any car buyer and I would highly recommend Wilde if you are in the market for a great consumer experience. More

My Internet Sales Specialist was Steve Heiniger, he was very informative, nice, patient and professional. He made my decision in purchasing my car very easy and not stressful. I also had the pleasure to meet Daryl Williams who taught me the various voice commands and functions of my Lexus. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He's name is Brown.....Terry Brown!! I feel very fortunate/lucky about the fact that it was Terry who walked up to me that day up on my 1st visit ever to Wilde Lexus. He made me believe that there are still people out there with the "treat people the way you want to be treated" philosophy. I could go on and on about he's knowledge about the cars he sells or how comfortable he made me feel but I'd like to describe him with 3 words. COMMITMENT, DEDICATION, ENTHUSIASM. It took him less then 48 hours to locate,transport,inspect,detail,deliver my brand new NX 200 F Sport with Red interior. Here is what made the difference for me and made me a overnight, loyal costumer to Wilde and Terry Brown!!! He knew how special this day was for us /first brand new car ever/ so he came in on he's DAY OFF to hand deliver it for us. That action speaks for it self!!! I still could go on and on about Terry Brown, Daryl Williams who "introduced" us to our car or Frank Justin our finance manager but I'm going out to the garage and take a sniff of the sweet smell of brand new interior. Patrick was very responsive to each inquiry I made, but the thing that make his communication different from that I had experienced at several other central Florida dealers was his very detailed information about the car I was interested in. He not only knew exactly how the car was equipped but had driven in personally and could give me his personal impressions of the car. We were also able to negotiate a price for the car (including the allowance for my trade) very quickly, which had also not been my experience at other car dealers. The other very impressive feature of the purchase was my tutorial on the car with Daryl Williams. Daryl was extremely knowledgable about the car's features and was an excellent teacher. This is the first time I have ever had this opportunity with a new car and was very helpful. More

Adding a 'second' lexus to the family. Yes, we are a return customer! After buying our 'first' Lexus we quickly learned what a quality car is all about. We found out about Wilde dealership Yes, we are a return customer! After buying our 'first' Lexus we quickly learned what a quality car is all about. We found out about Wilde dealership through television advertisements. On our first visit we met Daryl Williams who was not only pleasant he was very, very knowledgeable about Lexus automobiles and offered a great deal of information about buying a luxury car, eventually we bought a 2015 RX 350. When my husband decided it was time to trade in his 2007 Toyota and since he was so impressed by my RX 350 he decided to shop for a Lexus. Based on our past experience Daryl was our pick for this transaction. We can not thank Dean Brown enough for the amount of time he spent with us explaining and working out all the details. He went 'up over and beyond' being helpful. Also, Kudos to Kenny Clark who assisted Daryl during the transaction.
