When I replied negative, we resumed negotiations and later was able to make the deal that I was satisfied with. As this was a lease the financial manager, Chuck Johnson ( a very personable gentleman) made the transaction painless and swift. Devyn Williams was very efficient and patient in reviewing the vehicle with me. This is my first Lexus and with all the amenities: complimentary car washes, loaner vehicles and the AAA version of emergency assistance, I'm sure it wont' be my last! More
