The online appointment app is insufficient, twice I have called and left a message with my phone number and the app says someone will get back to me within 24hrs, 2 days later I had to call back, on the app called and left a message with my phone number and the app says someone will get back to me within 24hrs, 2 days later I had to call back, on the appointment with Robert , physically had to go to the dealership and make an appointment in person!! The next appointment I just kept hanging up on the computer and called back until a live person answered!
