I recently bought a CR-V at Mile High. The vehicle is fine. I also bought a VERY expensive warranty which is turning to be an issue. We were told most service items were covered, including oil changes. Turns out, not all oil changes are covered. Adding insult to injury, it took over 2 hours to get the oil changed (promised 30 - 60 minutes on the phone), Grease xxxxxx is MUCH quicker and cheaper. Other surprises included a rear differential fluid change @ 90 days. Buyer beware when purchasing a warranty from Mile High. More

When I made the appointment, the call center mis-quoted the charge for the work. I spoke to the General Manager to report the problem and get a partial credit. Also, I was speaking to another customer while waiting for my car, who was very upset to learn that Mile High now charges a 3 percent fee for using a credit card. She warned me about this I said that this notification is not at all obvious on the Mile High Web site. I agree with her that with the high price of car repair, Mile High is making plenty of profit without having to nickel and dime (or dollars) your customers to death. In these tough times, the money that I had to pay for this fee, would be better going to a small restaurant struggling to survive! More
