have a 2011 Honda CR-V. I work with Lyft and Uber. Yesterday was the first time I did an oil change at this dealership, and they broke my oil pan. When I asked them why, the I work with Lyft and Uber. Yesterday was the first time I did an oil change at this dealership, and they broke my oil pan. When I asked them why, they told me, “Where were you doing your oil changes before?” I told them I’ve been doing oil changes every 20 days at Walmart since I bought the car, and nothing ever happened to it. This is the first time I come to this dealership, and they damaged it. They don’t want to admit that they’re the ones who broke it. At this new shop of this dealership, I did an oil change, and in all my life doing oil changes, nothing like what happened yesterday has ever happened to me with any dealership. Then the manager came and started talking to me like I’m stupid or something. I only work with my car—that’s how I earn my living—and they damaged it. On top of that, they couldn’t find a solution for me and are still arguing. Now my car isn’t working, and I’m stuck without a job because of them. If there was a rating of 0, I would give them 0, not even 1. More
