While Sarah was lovely to work with, I did feel disappointed in the overall service of my vehicle. Drop off went well, but I always feel pick up is isolating and quick with minimal interaction. Sarah did not check me out and I stood in the service area for a good 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Then once I did get helped, it was just a pay and go. I got out to my car after it was pulled up to my windshield being cracked, which was not there before. While I understand cracks can happen, it would have been nice for that to be noted. The next day I noticed a leak in my garage and had to bring it back in. Very inconvenient. Drive is far and to take more time off work was not ideal. Then I was told to wait in the waiting room and I would get an update as soon as possible from Sarah in the service area. Instead I waited 40 minutes for an update and then it was via in text not in person. My break fluid had leaked due to movement which honestly didn't seem like an honest reasoning or even the proper way for break fluid to be changed. Mile High Honda has been my choice of service for both my cars but with three bad experiences now I'm not sure it will be my choice anymore. More
