I was disappointed that the start/stop switch was originally quoted as being covered by the extended warranty and later told that I'd have to pay for it, but mistakes happen. I wish I knew I was going to be waiting 4 hours for this service rather than 2! It was only after 3 hours when I went to see what was happening that I found out it would be another hour. I would have accept service rather than 2! It was only after 3 hours when I went to see what was happening that I found out it would be another hour. I would have accepted; a ride rather than wait that long. As an older woman I feel that my time is not as valued as men and younger women's time. It would have been courteous to have told me the timeline. More
