The level of service didn’t stop there though. Novi and Dave made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of with the financing and walked us through every $. No hidden fees, no hard sell for extras, they were so honest and upfront with everything They spent hours with me going over every inch of the vehicle after the purchase to make sure I was comfortable with every button and feature. First of all Dave Arenson was the Manager on Duty and very helpful as well as Frank White was with the financial aspect. Chris Lahey was my Primary reason that I bought my car from this dealership. I believe that he has only been with Marquardt for a couple of months but I have a feeling that he will be there a long time and be one of their Best Salesman. If not their Best!! He took a lot of time to show me all of the models that I requested and never let up. His Professionalism, Helpfulness, and Integrity was the reason that I bought my car. I have been in the Retail business for 45 years so I know the kind of person that Chris is. He took all the time that I needed to make my decision.
