I came there 2 times this month. 1st I explained what I could afford and was shown something 100/mnt over my budget. Showed me a nice car, then we sat down, he went to his manager and came back, said how much he took off the car and still presented me with over budget. I was persuaded to add to my budget and we compromised on the car. I signed the papers and am waiting on the car. I went home and checked KBB and the price of my vehicle was much more than their fair price. I also found practically the same exact car from a reputable dealer down the street for that fair price. I told them about that and they just said that I signed a legal document and that was it. They are right, I'm an adult and should have been paying better attention however they could have met me halfway and took some money of the final price to make us both whole. They decided not to work with me. So I got a car, which is probably fine however I am not a happy customer. They could have made some gesture to make me feel better about my purchase. More
