When the car I wanted to look at became unavailable, I was shown two other cars, and I took both for test drives, which were long enough to get a good feel for the cars. Rich stepped in as needed to keep the process moving along. I never bought anything from the dealer before. I had a very positive experience. The person who handled some of the paperwork and the warranty was also very good, but I do not have his name handy now. More
