Poor customer service, starting with my initial attempts to speak with someone in the service dept by phone. I arranged for my car to be towed to the service dept. Then - I had to physically come into the to speak with someone in the service dept by phone. I arranged for my car to be towed to the service dept. Then - I had to physically come into the shop to confirm their acknowledgment that my car was there (since I couldn’t reach anyone by phone) and would be looked at. Initially, they couldn’t find my car or my car keys. My car was dropped off by a tow company. Eventually, they found my car and said the car keys were in the office. It took a few days for them to look at my car, and after the diagnostic, I was told it would cost $4000 for a new transmission which they couldn’t guarantee that they would be able to find, so in essence - they couldn’t tell me if or when they could fix my car. I was told it would be best to try and sell my car. More

Oil change was fine and on time. Not a huge deal. Had question about the Genesis app, was told to ask a sales rep. Asked lady at the front desk if there was one available, she called for one over the intercom, but none came up. After waiting 5-10 mins I just left. More
