I came in for a second opinion on my heater core, they said it was good and all I needed was new hoses to the core. At the same time They said I needed a new belt drive so I had it replaced. I two probl said it was good and all I needed was new hoses to the core. At the same time They said I needed a new belt drive so I had it replaced. I two problems I had with the service was I wished I could have seen the belt before it was replaced , other shops have brought me out to see what is wrong before they performed the service. Also; I thought the labor cost of $228 for a hour of work was to much. One other thing was the person at the check in counter could not tell me what the difference is between the orange and green coolant. If the car came with the orange coolant why wouldn't you put the same back in it. More

I had a great experience yesterday with your Service and Parts Departments. This was my first service experience with Bloomington Hyundai. Kudos to Dave Boogren for his fine assistance in lining up and completing installation of Hyundai 20" Calligraphy wheels and Continental tires on my new 2020 Santa Fe.
